A fault code points you at the system that is unhappy. It does not tell you the actual cause. The same code can come from a £15 sensor or a £900 component, and only a careful diagnostic process tells you which. We do not just read codes; we test, compare live data and pin down the real fault.
Most diagnostics take 30 to 60 minutes. Complex intermittent faults can take longer and we will let you know if that looks likely.
